The foundation for any construction project lies in the relationship between the contractor and the client. We value this relationship and believe it is built upon mutual trust, personal integrity, honesty, and character. These values are as essential as what we build, and like what we build, will stand the test of time.

"Steve recently completed a job renovating our home. Steve is attentive to detail, has a tenacious follow-through, is very dependable, is completely honest, and more than anything is a gentleman throughout the entire project."
"Your high level of professionalism and construction knowledge were evidenced throughout the entire project as you worked with architects, land and structural engineers, county officials and subcontractors and made almost daily site visits to review the work being done. Your ability to schedule the work on a timely basis meant that the project proceeded in a timely and orderly manner. I am very proud of my new dream home and am very thankful that you were the person I chose to lead me through the building process."
Burnside Island, Montgomery, GA
"Throughout the process, Mr. Szczecinski provided both verbal and written updates of progress. As you can imagine, working for numerous attorneys required great patience on his part as changes were made during the actual construction. Likewise, Mr. Szczecinski provided great insight as to things that many of us (who practice in the construction field) had not considered. In the end, we ended up with an absolutely fantastic, modern facility that can be utilized for years to come. It is without reservation that Brannen, Searcy & Smith, LLP would recommend Summit Construction and Mr. Szczecinski personally to perform additional work for our firm."
